Silver Fern Construction is a building company based in North Yorkshire where Scotty, the founder/owner, resides in Scarborough with his wife and two children. Originally hailing from New Zealand, he was first brought to the area through his love of travel and sport.

Internationally skilled and trained, bringing to you a wealth of knowledge, skill and meticulous attention to detail.

Gaining essential skills and techniques from around the world, within the building trades of New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom, has enabled Silver Fern to bring a vast amount of experience and a wide range of expertise, in many up to date and alternative building methods.
